VTCT qualifications
Upon successful completion of your chosen course, you will be awarded the Southern School of Beauty Diploma.
This will enable you to obtain insurance with the Guild of Beauty Therapists or Professional Beauty Direct.
You also have the option to go on to take the VTCT qualification (VRQ) in most subjects. This involves
the completion of a portfolio of evidence and attendance at our school for an assessment session.
Upon application you will be sent a pack which gives instructions on how to complete the portfolio. Once your portfolio
is complete it can be submitted to the school to be marked, and if this is satisfactory, we will arrange for you to attend for assessment.
If successful, your VTCT qualification will be sent on to you, usually within 2 weeks. If unsuccessful, you can arrange to
be re-assessed at a later date.
The application form for the VTCT qualifications will be sent to you with your course confirmation.
