Swedish Body Massage DVD


This comprehensive DVD is an ideal aid to students studying Swedish Body Massage, and is also an excellent refresher for anybody who has taken a massage course in the past.

Various massage techniques are demonstrated, including effleurage, pettrisage, tapotement, frictions and vibrations.

You will be guided through the movements, step by step, covering all areas, including - head and chest, arms, abdomen, legs and back.
